Firstly l welcome you all for coming to our special annual general whose main purpose as we already know is to conclude the business for last year up to December 31 and in so doing re-align our final year to start from January ending December . And surely according to our constitution today’s meeting seeks to ratify this. But before today’s meeting allow me ladies and gentlemen to make references to a few issues that concerns our membership and the association as follows
